How do I Return/Exchange?

RETURNS: 

Don't want to mail back the products? 

We also have a 60 Day Happiness Guarantee, which would cover up to $50 in products per customer per year that can be refunded via store credit.  This qualifies for opened products as well, and numbing cream.  

OVER 60 DAYS:  IF it is outside of 60 days, our company does not allow for refunds at this point.  Thank you for shopping with Brow Tricks, and we appreciate your support as a small business! 

 

EXCHANGES:

Brow Tricks accepts Unlimited Exchanges on all UNOPENED/Sealed products except for numbing.  They must be mailed back to us to be exchanged.  (Within 60 days)

Lost / Missing Shipment

Hello!  I'm so sorry to hear your order has not been delivered yet :( 

Start a Support Ticket by clicking CHAT if: 

  • It's been  5+ days for US or 3 weeks + for international orders
  • OR the tracking is "frozen" or not progressing

Our Shipping Manager, Lisa, will research your package and see if it is determined to be lost, missing, or stolen. 

IF your Order is Determined to be Lost/Stolen:  Our Store Policy is to cover max $50 annually per customer with our Happiness Guarantee.  We will issue you a store credit of up to $50 to assist with your lost order. 

On a case by case basis, we may approve more.  But this is quite rare. 

We HIGHLY suggest purchasing ROUTE shipping insurance for your orders.

My Numbing Cream is Brown / Oxidized

Hello!  Both Romantic and NumbME have sterilizing agents in them which will cause the cream to turn brown as they age. 

The color of the cream will also tell you the AGE of the cream, and when it is not as effective. 

PURCHASE WITHIN 30 DAYS:  WE GUARANTEE OUR CREAMS TO BE WHITE FOR 30 DAYS

As it state on both numbing cream pages: 

Do not order more than 30 days of numbing at a time.  

Upon receiving, store tubes in the refrigerator if you do not plan to use it within 30 days. 

Product life average:  6 months before opening MAX, 30 days after opening.  

If it is within 30 days of your purchase date and your cream is not white,

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Absolutely!

You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?

You order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch by clicking CHAT just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering by clicking CHAT we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us for store credit if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.  If it is within 24 hours, you may use coupon code FREEADDONSHIP to get free shipping on the second order by combing the shipments. 

If you need to cancel part of your order, this is only possible if it has not already been packaged. Please message us as quickly as possible by clicking CHAT.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days (average is 5 days), depending on your preferred shipping method and your location.  Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 21 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How to get the Best Numb

If you are using our numbing cream and your clients are still not getting numb... 

It is something going wrong in the process!  

Please watch this tutorial, and if you follow each step we PROMISE our numbing creams will blow you away!! 

1. How are you prepping the skin?  You should always clean and exfoliate the skin. 

2. How thick are you applying the cream? (depth wise)  It should be 2mm or more rasied off the skin. 

3. Are you occluding with plastic?  Always!!

4. Are you pricking before?  Of course!

5. How long are you numbing for? 15 to 20 minutes.
